We offer a full and partial house clearance service. If you just want a few items removed, the entire property cleared and everything in between. We will get clear sheds, lofts, cellars, basements, garages etc. When clearing houses, we clear it all. Many of the ‘charities’ advertising house clearance services will come round and take one or two items that they want and leave you with the rest. We, on the other hand, take everything (if needed), we don’t just pick and choose. We are aware that often a house clearance is required under difficult circumstances such as a bereavement or change of circumstances and as such we carry out all our work with the utmost confidentiality, sensitivity and respect. Every clearance is different but basically our terms are as follows. We give you a price for all the items that we can resell. This can be a small sum if the property contains only a few items of interest to a large sum if the property contains a good quantity of quality items. We pay a premium for antiques and high value collectables. We then can give a price to remove all the left over items which usually includes clothing, old or damaged or unfashionable furniture, clearing kitchens presses, cupboards, paper and the usual clutter that accumulates in every home. You then decide if you wish to sell us the items and book us to clear the rest or sell us the items and clear the rest yourself. We always try to be fair. If we clear the rest we will give what we can to charity shops such as clothing and the rest we will take to the local tip for proper disposal
